Behind Båstad Turism & Näringsliv is a team that works every day to develop Båstad and the Bjäre peninsula – as a place to visit, live, work and run a business.

Our work spans business development, destination development, marketing, place development and business services. This means our days can include anything from helping a business move forward with a question to developing new partnerships, creating campaigns, running projects or strengthening the image of Båstad beyond the municipality's borders.

We have different roles and skills, but a shared goal: to create the best possible conditions for people, businesses and the place Båstad to develop together.

And above all, we want to be close. Close to the businesses, the people, the visitors and the issues that shape the development of our place.

Ida – CEO
Leads the organisation and works with strategic development, collaboration and business issues.

Kitt – Head of Marketing
Works with brand, communication and marketing for both the destination Båstad and the local business community.

Sara – Business Developer & Business Guide
Works closely with the local business community on business contacts, collaboration and issues that create concrete value and better conditions for businesses to grow. Is responsible for members and also works with Företagslotsen (the business guide service).

Johanna – Service and Tourist Information
Meets both visitors and businesses and works with service & tourist information. Also works on many of our business events and meetings.

Emma
Works on developing Båstad and the Bjäre peninsula as a destination, with a particular focus on events, collaboration and initiatives that strengthen the place's appeal all year round.
