Welcome to this cozy house on two levels with beautiful beams in the ceiling in both the living room and kitchen, which creates a charming atmosphere. The kitchen is the center of socializing, with a spacious kitchen island perfect for gathering friends and family. Next to the kitchen there is plenty of space for socializing and a large kitchen table with room for up to 12 people.

Downstairs you will find a lovely family room, a lounge area, a toilet, TV room and a bedroom with a desk. From the family room, a door leads out to a generous veranda with lounge furniture where you can enjoy the evening sun. Near the kitchen is the entrance with hall and laundry room and shower.

Upstairs you are greeted by a spacious hall with seating, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and in one of them there is also a cot. The third bedroom has a 120 bed and a 90 bed.

On the plot there are plenty of parking spaces for 4-5 cars, a well-kept lawn and a fenced yard with a cottage.
